We have made requesting an appointment a simple and convenient process via this web site by clicking book online tab. You can also schedule an appointment by calling 212-260-6505. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment you must give 24 hours or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your insurance plan and whether a referral is needed from your primary care. As a courtesy to all our patients any procedures scheduled we will get authorization from your insurance and will let you know your coverage as well
